Life's much too short to drink bad tea when for a few pennies more you can enjoy the real thing. We're passionate about the teas we list, not dust in bags or bitter black cups, but pure, natural, lush leaves and complex, fragrant, flavourful brews. In short tea as it should be. Where we offer teabags they're always wholeleaf and of good quality.
If you're a tea lover looking for exceptional teas you've come to the right place. From Northern India you'll find fragrant and refined black teas from Darjeeling and the rest of the Himalayas. We also offer a good selection of warm golden teas from the plains of nearby Assam. Lovely teas from Ceylon (Sri Lanka) and Nilgiri in Southern India complete our selection of top quality black teas from the Subcontinent.
From China and Taiwan we've put together a selection of wonderful Green and Oolong teas, and the odd good black tea. It's in China after all it all started. It's hard to believe that such diversity in styles originates from one variety of tea bush, the Camellia Sinensis.
We don't strive for a comprehensive list of Indian and Chinese teas, there's no padding on our list, but make a confident assurance that the quality of each of our selections is beyond reproach.
