If you choose to identify yourself by sending an email via our contact page, we will save your contact details in our 'off-line' systems to enable us to provide you with the information you requested. We may store this information indefinitely and use it to contact you in the future. We will not, however, disclose all or any part of your information to any third party.

HighTeas.co.uk provide access to our website and sell our products to you subject to the conditions set out on this page. Our aim is to provide the very best customer service that we can.

• Despatch - Goods should be despatched within five business days of ordering. If an item is out of stock and we are unable to despatch, we will advise you by email as soon as possible after receipt of your order and offer you a full refund or partial shipment of your order.

• Lost in the Post - For non-tracked International  deliveries, we are not responsible for parcels lost or missing in the post. All parcels have a return delivery address to our Head Office. Parcels returned to us will be refunded.

• Returns - Should any item you purchase from this site fail to meet your complete approval please return it to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund of the item's cost.

• Customs - When ordering goods from outside the UK , you are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of the importing country and for paying all applicable customs duties, taxes and import charges.

• International- We offer a standard Airmail delivery service as well as an "International Signed For" trackable delivery service, the choice is up to you.

• Governing law and jurisdiction -These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
