Sencha Gyokuru Asahi
During the growth period of these well cared for tea bushes, they are covered with blankets to slow the growth and allow the plnts to pull up more nutrients from the soil which, in turn, enhances the depth of colour within the leaf. This tea has a needle like dark green leaf that produces a very bright and rich liquor with a distinct vegetal character.
